What is a good age to start martial arts training?
There are benefits to Martial Arts training for every age!
Our 4-6 year-old program is called Tiny Tigers. In our Tiny Tigers classes we focus on life skills such as discipline, respect, integrity, and goals!
Our 7-12 year-old program is a fundamental martial arts class designed to teach life-skills and fundamental martial arts!
Our Teen and Adult programs are a great way to improve fitness and flexibility and to learn practical and effective self-defense skills.
How often should we attend classes?
Most members train two times per week. However, the key to getting better at anything is repetition! Our members have unrestricted access to our classes, so feel free to train as much as possible!
How do I know that my child will stay interested?
Keeping your child motivated goes as far as you take it! Support will go a long way to keeping your kids motivated. Our parents who are most involved in their kids' development are the kids who stay motivated the longest!
Are the students required to spar?
Students are not required to spar at the basic program level. Sparring is required when you make it into the advanced class.
